1.1 Return and Exchange Request Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns and exchanges must be completed within this period. Orders received after 30 days are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns and exchanges must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items such as underwear, unless the item is defective.
If the item shows obvious signs of use, damage, or contamination, we will not be able to process a return or exchange.
